GPS Planfabrik: similar and different in parallel
For many years Plan B and GPS Planfabrik have already associated in co-operating at holistic factory planning. As we work in a very similar operational range, we both speak the same language. What started as mutual support - mainly at capacity bottlenecks - has developed into a trustful partnership now.
Put succinctly:
- GPS´ view and planning is from an external observation. Business plan and concept, production site analysis, feasibility studies - these are representative subjects.
- Plan B´s view and planning is from center outwards. Product engineering, assembly planning and machine concepts - these are our core skills.
